About the role
- Support existing IDS Marine customers by providing product walkthroughs, best-practice guidance, and solution optimization.
- Take on and support customer projects as assigned by the Director of Marine Dealer Relations.
- Conduct technical and functional demos for prospective dealers.
- Assist Sales and Relationship Managers during discovery sessions to understand dealer processes and requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in Marine dealership operations
- Strong understanding of dealership accounting, financial workflows, and back-office processes
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, dealer-friendly language
- Comfortable leading demos, discovery conversations, and assigned customer initiatives
- Collaborative, dealer-first mindset.
