About the role
- Source, screen, schedule, and help sign new customers and sell more to existing customers
- Establish and build relationships with decision makers of prospects
- Proactively follow up with shop owners
- Develop in-depth industry and product knowledge
- Schedule and attend sales calls with Account Executives
- Manage activities and data within Salesforce CRM
Requirements
- Any work experience in sales development (SDR, BDR, ADR or equivalent)
- Sales Acumen: Strong oral communication skills, cold calling skills, managing the gatekeeper and quickly establishing rapport
- Coachable mentality: appreciates and seeks out constructive feedback
- Analytical mindset: understands the value and insights from metrics
- Strong experience with a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
