Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests across digital marketing campaigns, then analyze performance data to learn what resonates with different audiences
Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to clients
Collaborate with clients to align on testing strategies, campaign objectives, brand voice, and long-term content goals
Ensure all campaigns are delivered effectively, within deadline and aligned with business objectives
Work alongside the rest of the Operations team, Customer Success, and Data Science teams to ensure customer KPIs are met
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, or content marketing, preferably within financial services or another regulated industry
Ability to embrace brand voice for a variety of customers
A strong ability to work across disciplines—writing, strategy, analytics, and technology
A data-driven mindset and curiosity for what drives customer engagement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines
Comfort working both independently and collaboratively with internal teams and clients
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel and G suite
Experience with A/B or multivariate testing ideal
Previous work at a creative agency a plus
Experience with content management systems, HTML, graphic design and email platforms a plus
