About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the execution of enterprise talent initiatives across multiple regions and departments.
- Contribute to the development of career paths and employee development resources for corporate staff.
- Track and organize data related to talent development programs, employee engagement, and retention.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations on talent metrics and program effectiveness.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma and current enrollment in university required.
- Requires 0 to 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Some analyst experience preferred.
- The ability to interpret cost analytics to identify inaccuracies, trends, and saving opportunities.
- Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
