Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the Talent Organization
  • Build scalable dashboards and deliver actionable insights
  • Anticipate the evolving needs of the business
  • Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytical reports
  • Work within HRIS and ATS systems to ensure data integrity
  • Optimize processes for better decision-making
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Talent Leadership
  • Shape strategy through data
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across the employee lifecycle
  • Train users on dashboard usage and self-service reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
  • Strong Power BI expertise (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, SQL)
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms
  • Strong understanding of HR metrics
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate data into business recommendations
  • High business acumen and curiosity
