Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a strategic partner to the Talent Organization
Build scalable dashboards and deliver actionable insights
Anticipate the evolving needs of the business
Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytical reports
Work within HRIS and ATS systems to ensure data integrity
Optimize processes for better decision-making
Act as a trusted advisor to Talent Leadership
Shape strategy through data
Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across the employee lifecycle
Train users on dashboard usage and self-service reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
4+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
Strong Power BI expertise (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, SQL)
Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms
Strong understanding of HR metrics
Advanced Excel skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to translate data into business recommendations
High business acumen and curiosity
