About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a strategic partner to the Talent Organization
- Build scalable dashboards and deliver actionable insights
- Anticipate the evolving needs of the business
- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytical reports
- Work within HRIS and ATS systems to ensure data integrity
- Optimize processes for better decision-making
- Act as a trusted advisor to Talent Leadership
- Shape strategy through data
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across the employee lifecycle
- Train users on dashboard usage and self-service reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
- Strong Power BI expertise (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, SQL)
- Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms
- Strong understanding of HR metrics
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate data into business recommendations
- High business acumen and curiosity
