About the role
- **What You’ll Do**
- - Assist Exterior Design Coordinators, Exterior Design Manager, VP of Selections and VP of Product Development with product accounts, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- - Act as a liaison between various HQ departments, Construction, and Sales.
- - Input and update information in database and spreadsheets:
- - Accurately process Enhancement Change Orders (ECO’s) for construction requests such as:
- - Produce and analyze product data to identify trends in the market.
- - Develop working knowledge of all company product lines, specifications, stages of construction, and home elevation sketches.
- - Coordinate in-person or virtual meeting schedules and locations.
- - Oversee the maintenance of exterior selections samples (brick, stone, etc.).
- - Maintain internal Selections Hub and the digital images within.
- - Manage shared inbox daily, and direct inquires to appropriate personnel/EDC.
Requirements
- **What We’re Looking For**
- - High School diploma or equivalent required, Associates degree preferred.
- - Requires at least 2 years of relevant administrative or customer service experience.
- - Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- - Current, valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
