About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for driving operational excellence within a packaging or manufacturing zone
- Deliver on zone-level KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Focus on process optimization, equipment reliability, machine capacity and utilization, and waste elimination
- Lead a team of supervisors, engineers, and tech resources dedicated to the zone
- Analyze data to drive focused improvement
- Own all PWS initiatives and KPIs within the zone
- Work effectively with support functions and operations leadership to translate improvement opportunities into sustained improvement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of manufacturing or packaging experience with a focus on PWS and reliability
- Proven effective leadership experience in continuous improvement
- Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills
- Strong Excel, Redzone and Power BI skills.
