About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

supervises departmental activities to ensure manufactured products meet or exceed all established quality requirements
directs all related personnel through training, performance appraisal, discipline, and safety compliance
determines department priorities based on established weekly production schedules and makes daily assignments
collaborates closely with Quality Services to facilitate product/component releases
ensures budget compliance, including allocation of team overtime and meeting other annual budget objectives
monitors warehouse activity to ensure compliance with established procedures and takes corrective action when necessary
arranges for the maintenance of machines, equipment, and facilities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree preferred; in lieu of a degree, a minimum of four (4) years of leadership experience is required
Demonstrated leadership experience with strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to provide direction, guidance, and support across multiple functional areas.
One to three (1–3) years of logistics, distribution, or warehouse supervisory experience preferred
Previous experience working in an FDA- and DEA-regulated environment preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
Strong decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize and respond effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
Ability to analyze issues, develop solutions, and drive results while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.
