About the role
- Supervises 20-40 Manufacturing and Packaging employees working on multiple production lines
- Assigns tasks and adjusts workloads to meet production goals
- Schedules and monitors training
- Monitors production quality
- Troubleshoots and resolves problems
- Provides high quality support to their team
- Coaches and develops their team
- Supports and practices a safe environment and culture
- Participates in capacity or budget planning
- Supports the PWS process which includes RedZone tracking system to measure OEE
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree is preferred
- In lieu of a degree, must have a minimum of 4 years of leadership experience
- Must have demonstrated strong leadership skills
- Have the ability to provide work direction across multiple production areas
- Four years of production supervision experience
- Previous experience working in an FDA regulated industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated leadership ability
- Sound judgment and good decision-making skills
