About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage part of the Benelux brand portfolio
Play a key role in the IBP process
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Category Management, Finance, Supply, and the central IBP team
Ensure accurate demand planning and strong cross‑functional alignment
Build SKU‑level forecasts per customer group based on sales trends, market data, statistical inputs, assortment changes, distribution levels, and promotional plans
Lead recurring IBP meetings with key stakeholders
Present the monthly consensus forecast to the Benelux management team
Develop scenario forecasts for complex products or situations
Improve forecast accuracy and reduce out‑of‑stock and obsolescence risks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
3–5 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain, ideally in FMCG or pharma
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret large datasets
Solid understanding of statistical forecasting; advanced Excel skills
Experience with S&OP/IBP processes; SAP IBP is a plus
Detail‑oriented, structured, reliable, and adaptable
Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch is nice to have
