About the role
- Providing electrical and reliability engineering support of equipment assets
- Factory wide technical authority with ownership of the standards, knowledge and competences
- Assists with continuous improvement efforts
- Works on plant floor with specialists, Production Manager, Supervisors, and engineering staff
- Supports continuous improvement projects aimed at waste reduction and efficiency improvements
- Assist in capital projects by providing electrical engineering support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct electrical system troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades
- Perform reliability analysis and implement predictive/preventive maintenance strategies
- Assisting in development of technical documentation and standard operating procedures
- Monitoring and optimizing the performance of electrical systems
- Coordinating with vendors and contractors for timely repairs and upgrades
- Help with supporting and improving automation systems
- Oversee and ensure safety and reliability of the spray dryer system
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience
