About the role
- Perform all end-to-end payroll and related activities necessary for the timely and accurate calculation of wages and salaries for company associates across multiple Northern European and/or CEE countries
- Support DACH/Poland payroll execution when required
- Lead, prepare and execute the recurring payroll closes for multiple countries in close collaboration with the local payroll provider
- Ensure all change information is submitted to the local payroll provider
- Support the DACH & Poland Payroll Specialist in the E2E payroll process Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Poland
- Comply with internal and external audit/governance requirements, legal regulations and approval processes
- Conduct thorough validations and checks to proactively identify anomalies in trial payroll calculations
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an operational payroll or related function
- Bachelor degree is highly desirable
- Payroll experience in international context/multiple countries is highly desirable
- Proficient knowledge of English is required
- Resilience to cope with working under time pressure is required
- Advanced excel skills are an asset
