About the role

  • Translates brand strategy into an activation action plan in partnership with CS&I and the market lead
  • Defines activation plan briefs in partnership with brand managers
  • Sets distribution priorities and reach objectives
  • Establishes target price and brand positioning
  • Identifies and defines assets to maximize activation
  • Develops the activation calendar based on consumer insights
  • Coordinates with the local CS&I team and validates priorities
  • Consolidates and maintains the activation calendar
  • Tracks and shares status updates and initial results
  • Presents category and brand plans to the sales team

Requirements

  • 10+ years in brand activation, experiential marketing, trade marketing, or brand management
  • Experience ideally in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industries
  • Proven track record of delivering successful activations or events
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, especially in influencing stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional teams, and negotiating outcomes
