About the role
- Translates brand strategy into an activation action plan in partnership with CS&I and the market lead
- Defines activation plan briefs in partnership with brand managers
- Sets distribution priorities and reach objectives
- Establishes target price and brand positioning
- Identifies and defines assets to maximize activation
- Develops the activation calendar based on consumer insights
- Coordinates with the local CS&I team and validates priorities
- Consolidates and maintains the activation calendar
- Tracks and shares status updates and initial results
- Presents category and brand plans to the sales team
Requirements
- 10+ years in brand activation, experiential marketing, trade marketing, or brand management
- Experience ideally in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industries
- Proven track record of delivering successful activations or events
- Fluent in French and English
- Excellent interpersonal skills, especially in influencing stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional teams, and negotiating outcomes
