About the role
- Drive performance and monitor action plans
- Analyze the region's performance using key indicators per UGA
- Define, implement and adjust commercial plans aimed at achieving the set objectives
- Ensure commercial coherence and priorities in alignment with Sales Management and General Management
- Effectively manage budgets and allocated resources
- Develop and maintain the network and synergies between field sales teams, headquarters and training teams
- Participate in trade shows/congresses and client events
- Support the team in client engagements
- Recruit, train, coach and develop the performance of team members
- Negotiate and manage specific partnerships with regional groups and high-potential key-account pharmacies
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business/Management or equivalent higher education (Business School or Engineering School)
- Minimum 8 years' experience, preferably in the pharmacy sector, FMCG or selective distribution, in commercial and marketing/trade marketing roles
- Proven successful field experience, managerial experience and knowledge of head office operations
- Strong knowledge of own and competitor laboratory products, advanced sales and negotiation techniques, communication and public speaking skills, and proficiency with IT tools and data analysis
