About the role

  • Manage broker relationships and activity for key broker partners
  • Lead the field sales team at identified gold, silver, and bronze accounts
  • Accountable for total annual spend and improving ROI each year
  • Align broker contracts and agreements that best serve Perrigo’s long-term interests and sales goals
  • Maintain a high-level partnership with each broker team
  • Direct/align Broker partners to Perrigo sales goals
  • Increase profitable sales of store brand and national brand product portfolio
  • Increase Points of Distribution of products at the broker managed accounts
  • Create and execute business plans that align with company goals
  • Onboard and train broker teams related to new items and branded strategy for growth
  • Ensure appropriate distribution alignment between Perrigo’s field organization and national broker partners
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with internal and external partners
  • Responsible for timely submission of a weekly recap and CTA with product, strategy and reporting updates

Requirements

  • Typically these skills are obtained with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of CPG sales/marketing experience
  • Negotiation skills to manage broker contract execution
  • Strong ability to communicate, influence, and persuade others
  • Experience with management of brokers
  • Strong problem solving, planning, and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Ability to travel 20%
  • Strong organizational skills preferred
