About the role
- Responsible for promoting and monitoring ethical practices within Perrigo’s supply chain
- Collaborate with suppliers, customers, vendors and international businesses units
- Ensure ethical & social compliance within the business
- Provide input and expertise into the global ethical, social and sustainability strategy
- Engage suppliers, customers, procurement, project teams and other internal departments
- Manage supplier Ethical & Social Compliance Programs
- Coordination and management of social audits and corrective actions
- Develop and deliver training programs to suppliers, internal departments, and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a compliance, supply chain or related discipline
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in business, compliance or supply chain
- Strong project management and detailed tracking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with customers
- High proficiency in MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel
- A passion and aptitude for learning and staying at the forefront of the Ethical and Social Compliance arena.
