About the role
- Define and execute the applied AI strategy
- Identify high-impact AI use cases and lead initiatives
- Develop and deploy ML models and AI applications
- Oversee model lifecycle management
- Evaluate and implement AI platforms & tools
- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and AI professionals
- Ensure responsible AI practices and compliance
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in AI/ML
- 3 years in a leadership role
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, SQL, R, MATLAB, Keras, Git
- Strong understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning
- Proven ability to lead complex AI initiatives
- Deep knowledge of cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Master's or PhD preferred.
