About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The E-commerce Key Accounts (KA) Specialist is responsible for direct service to digital KA clients.
- This role manages sales and commercial relationships with clients in this segment.
- Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with existing clients, developing sales strategies, preparing commercial proposals, monitoring commercial KPIs, analyzing performance and aligning with Trade Marketing, Marketing and Media, Customer Service, among other activities related to increasing sales and ensuring satisfaction of pure players and last-mile clients.
- Strong negotiation skills, effective communication, strategic thinking and channel/customer knowledge are essential for success in this position.
- Main activities:
- Planning and monitoring sell-in, sell-out and DOH (days on hand);
- Developing commercial initiatives;
- Updating sales forecasts;
- Administrative routines;
- Managing operational issues and creating support tickets;
- Analyzing clients' price tables and margin/mark-up studies;
- Analyzing and implementing the operational plan;
- Managing the JBP (Joint Business Plan) process with priority clients;
- Developing proposals according to the operational plan and PR strategies;
- Opening/paying commercial agreements;
- Visiting clients;
- Implementing Trade Marketing actions and strategies in the market;
- Coordinating visibility and media plans with Marketing and Trade Marketing according to strategy;
- Ensuring execution of suggested pricing;
- Analyzing client data and preparing action plans;
- Monitoring the order book and managing interface issues with PR logistics team & client;
- Aligning/checking discounts and allowances with finance/Credit Control (CC) teams of PR & client;
- Managing existing contracts;
- Analyzing market and category data and preparing action plans with weekly follow-up;
- Acting as a guardian of PR values and culture (responding to surveys, conducting trainings and participating in workshops);
- Participating in global e-commerce forums with peers and e-commerce structures, when necessary.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience servicing e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Mercado Libre, Magazine Luiza, Rappi)
- Experience in consumer goods categories
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
- Intermediate to advanced English (able to lead strategic meetings)
