About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Structure and lead the brand roadmap for the next 3 years in Brazil, setting priorities in collaboration with Sales, Finance, Marketing Acceleration, CODI of PRB, the Global Brand Companies stakeholders and relevant regional teams. Update it annually to serve as the strategic introduction for each RF10 cycle;
  • Develop and execute the brand strategy in Brazil, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and adapting plans to local consumer, shopper, channel and competitive dynamics;
  • Lead the innovation strategy and pipeline, including launches, relaunches, limited editions, packaging formats, portfolio architecture, pricing implications and go-to-market recommendations;
  • Build a deep understanding of the category, competitors, channels, customers, consumer behavior and cultural trends, turning insights into opportunities for the brand and the business;
  • Define and implement high-impact brand plans across all consumer and trade touchpoints, including communications, digital, experiences, strategic event partnerships, influencer engagement, public relations, media and excellence in L3F execution;
  • Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing Acceleration teams to ensure outstanding execution, availability, visibility and brand experience in priority channels and regions;
  • Manage the brand P&L and A&P budget, ensuring efficient allocation of investments, ROI discipline, financial sustainability and contribution to profitable growth;
  • Establish clear KPIs, monitor dashboards and reporting tools, identify deviations from the plan, analyze performance and benchmarks, and recommend corrective actions to improve business results;
  • Ensure responsible marketing, compliance with internal governance standards and strong alignment with Pernod Ricard’s values and sustainability commitments;
  • As a senior member of the Marketing team, contribute to business and people ambitions, including planning, prioritization, collaboration, diversity and inclusion, and foster a mindset combining ambition, creativity, rigor, respect and agility.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent qualification;
  • Advanced/Fluent English;
  • Strong strategic and brand-building capabilities, with proven ability to turn consumer insights into growth opportunities;
  • Advanced knowledge of market analysis tools, consumer and shopper research, media measurement and performance dashboards;
  • Solid understanding of premium spirits dynamics, channel priorities, pricing, portfolio architecture and occasion-based marketing;
  • Experience managing innovation from insight generation and concept development through business case creation, launch planning, execution and post-launch follow-up;
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, influencing and leadership skills in local, regional and global environments;
  • Planning capability combined with agility, ownership mindset, problem-solving orientation and ability to manage multiple workstreams with discipline;
  • Creativity, curiosity and passion for culture, consumer trends, premium experiences and the distilled spirits industry.
