About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The professional will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the supply chain in Brazil, integrating demand and supply planning, S&OP/IBP, logistics, customer service and international trade.
  • Ensure a more integrated, predictable, digital and customer-oriented end-to-end operation.
  • Connect business needs to operational capabilities and ensure a balance between service level, cost efficiency, product availability and working capital.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing and global stakeholders.
  • Lead data-driven decision making, risk management and scenario building to support sustainable business growth.
  • Drive the evolution of Supply Chain maturity by promoting process simplification, digital transformation, the use of analytics and artificial intelligence, continuous improvement, people development and a high-performance culture.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics or related fields;
  • Advanced English;
  • Proficiency in key Supply Chain performance indicators;
  • Solid knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain, including demand and supply planning, S&OP/IBP, logistics, customer service, international trade and inventory management;
  • Experience managing logistics operators, carriers, strategic suppliers and foreign trade partners, including contract governance, performance, compliance and continuous improvement;
  • Postgraduate degree, MBA or specialization in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration or related areas (preferred);
  • Experience in consumer goods/FMCG companies, preferably with national and/or regional operations (preferred);
  • Previous experience with digital transformation processes, automation, analytics, artificial intelligence or implementation of planning systems/ERP (preferred);
  • Certifications or additional training in S&OP/IBP, Lean Six Sigma, APICS/CSCP, continuous improvement or project management (preferred);
  • Intermediate or advanced Spanish for interaction with regional and global stakeholders (preferred).
