About the role
- Lead all US commercial finance activities, ensuring timely, accurate, and actionable insights.
- Oversee analysis of product and supplier performance to optimize P&L delivery.
- Build and develop a high-performing commercial finance team.
- Partner with senior leaders to shape multi-year sales plans and guide investment decisions.
- Standardize and enhance reporting tools and processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead the implementation of the national Revenue Growth agenda and strengthen partnerships between commercial finance and corporate finance teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; Master of Business Administration (MBA) or related graduate degree highly preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in consumer packaged goods or consulting, with deep expertise in commercial finance.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills and strong communication and influencing skills.
- Proven success leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Experience operating in fast-paced, matrixed environments with multiple priorities and complex business dynamics.
