About the role
- shape and deliver Pernod Ricard’s environmental and social sustainability strategy across the UK & Ireland
- drive the strategic roadmap to achieve business goals regarding carbon reduction and water stewardship
- ensure compliance with UK & Ireland environmental regulations
- lead the measurement and communication of social and environmental performance
- inspire and develop a high-performing team and foster a culture of sustainability
Requirements
- previous experience in a senior leadership position in sustainability or environmental management
- proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams in support of Company S&R objectives
- deep understanding of UK & Ireland environmental laws
- knowledge of European ESG frameworks
- ability to set long-term sustainability vision
- strong communicator with developed influencing skills
- analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data
