About the role
- Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing and business development initiatives for assigned practice groups and industry sectors
- Act as a strategic advisor to assigned practice and sector leaders, identifying growth opportunities
- Manage complex, cross-functional initiatives utilizing data, client insights, and market trends to inform planning
- Mentor and guide administrators and other team members
- Foster collaboration across practices, sectors, and department verticals to encourage knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Significant experience (10-plus years) in legal or professional services marketing, business development, or strategy
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, JD) preferred
- Prior experience supporting and/or strong knowledge of Fintech, Blockchain, and/or Cytotechnology strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in leading strategic planning and execution for practice groups or industry sectors
- Strong business acumen, analytical capabilities, and ability to synthesize complex information
