  • Pay Rate: $19.25 per hour
  • Verifiers work approximately 25 – 35 hours/week; schedule and number of hours will vary
  • Ensure data accuracy by reviewing tax return forms compiled via automated software
  • Interviews will be held virtually
  • Work location flexible; open to fully remote arrangement for candidates located and authorized to work in the United States
  • Perkins & Co is not sponsoring visas or hiring internationally at this time

Requirements

  • Must be a current student pursuing a degree in accounting or related field with interest in a public accounting career
  • Must be available to work 25 – 35 hours per week beginning mid-January to April 15, 2025; prefer availability at least 3 days/week between Monday - Saturday
  • Working knowledge of basic office technology and software (MS Office Suite)
  • High integrity and trustworthiness
  • Ability to learn accounting-specific software and research tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on routine tasks for extended periods of time
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team oriented environment
  • Located and authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship)
