About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the successful planning and execution of large-scale capital projects in life sciences and advanced manufacturing sectors
- Oversee all phases of project delivery – from initial planning and design, through construction, commissioning, startup and transition to operations
- Represent the client’s interests, lead integrated delivery teams, and ensure project success across schedule, cost, scope, quality, and safety
- Develop and manage project execution plans, governance models, and project controls structures
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive leadership and client stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree (and/or Masters) in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 15 years of capital project experience, with at least 5 years as a project lead on efforts >$100M TIC
- Strong understanding of life sciences capital delivery, including CQV, GEP, and operational readiness
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel as required for client project assignments.
