About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide highly visible customer support through performance of on-site installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
  • Instruct customers in operation and maintenance of the system.
  • Serve as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
  • Perform troubleshooting, repair, and qualification services for customers including warranty services within a prescribed time frame.
  • Communicate service offerings including training, support, software, laboratory services products, and field upgrades.
  • Maintain assigned assets including tools, test equipment, telecommunication equipment, assigned service parts inventory, etc.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor Degree in Applied Science, Biology, Chemistry, Electronics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline including military experience plus 2 years direct experience with repair of laboratory equipment OR Associate Degree in Applied Science, Biology, Chemistry, Electronics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline including military experience plus 4 years direct experience with repair of laboratory equipment OR High School Diploma plus 10 years direct experience with repair of laboratory equipment
  • Experience using Microsoft 365
  • Ability to travel by air, vehicle and/or other means of transportation as business requires
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
