Key responsibilities & impact
  • This position is responsible for developing and producing creative assets that support marketing campaigns, sales enablement initiatives, brand awareness efforts, customer communications, and digital marketing programs across OneSource Life Sciences.
  • The Marketing Creative Specialist partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Line Leaders, and business stakeholders to create compelling visual content and customer-facing materials that support business objectives.
  • This role serves as the primary creative resource for the marketing team, supporting digital, print, presentation, web, and email initiatives while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of graphic design, creative services, marketing design, or related experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience across print, digital, presentation, web, and campaign design.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
  • Strong PowerPoint design experience, including presentation development, template creation, and master slide design.
  • Experience working with website content management systems and digital publishing platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, Marketo, or similar marketing platforms.
  • Experience supporting B2B marketing organizations.
  • Experience creating sales enablement materials and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) assets.
  • Familiarity with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar video and motion graphics software.
  • Experience within life sciences, healthcare, scientific services, or technical industries.
