Key responsibilities & impact

Lead cross-functional project teams across engineering, construction, CQV, and startup workstreams
Ensure all work complies with regulatory, safety, and quality standards (e.g., cGMP, OSHA)
Manage scope, budget, schedule, and risk across all project phases
Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers, engineers, and support staff

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree (and/or Masters) in Construction Management or related field
Minimum 7-10 years of capital project delivery experience
5 years as a project manager or workstream lead on projects in the $5M - $200M TIC range
Strong understanding of life sciences capital delivery, including CQV, GEP, and operational readiness
Willingness to travel as required for client project assignments
PMP strongly preferred
