About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead cross-functional project teams across engineering, construction, CQV, and startup workstreams
Develop and manage project execution plans, governance models, and project controls structures
Act as the owner’s representative and primary point of contact for client leadership
Manage scope, budget, schedule, and risk across all project phases
Oversee feasibility studies, site selection, permitting, and conceptual design
Ensure alignment with OSHA, GMP, FDA, ISO and other relevant regulatory standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Minimum 7-10 years of capital project experience
Strong understanding of life sciences capital delivery
PMP certification preferred
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Willing to travel as necessary
