Key responsibilities & impact

Directly develop, maintain, and update project schedules
Perform detailed schedule logic updates, progress status, forecasting, variance analysis, and recovery planning
Track installed quantities, productivity, and earned value to support accurate cost and schedule forecasting
Prepare and issue weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc internal and external project controls reports
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all project controls data across systems and reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction Management or related discipline
4-7+ years of equivalent work experience in Project Controls, cGMP facility start-up, project management and/or comparable military experience
Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Project, Oracle Primavera P6, Smartsheet a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
