- Assure definition, implementation, and maintenance of the Site Quality Management System
- Provide training and education on quality processes and programs
- Drive customer satisfaction through quality process integration
- Perform internal audits and generate audit reports
- Develop and implement training programs for quality standards
Requirements
- 1+ years of process auditing experience or 2+ years in a regulated laboratory setting
- Associate degree or higher in a scientific discipline
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Team management and mentoring skills for internal auditor coordination
- Good balance of negotiating and influencing skills
- Excellent presentational skills
