About the role

  • Responsible for sales revenue growth of analytical solutions equipment
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts
  • Solicit new accounts and build rapport with customers
  • Provide technical information and prepare quotations
  • Lead preparation, submission, tracking, and closing of quotations and proposals
  • Manage and respond to customer opportunities, issues, and complaints
  • Collect market information/data
  • Make sales presentations and conduct customer needs analysis
  • Collaborate with Service to meet customer requirements
  • Responsible for sales improvement initiatives and other assigned action items

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above (science, chemistry or engineering preferred)
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in analytical solutions equipment or equivalent market
  • Basic application testing experience
  • Growth mindset and persuasive skills
  • High communication skills in both verbal and written English
  • Independent, able to work with minimum supervision
  • Team player with respect for others
  • Willing to travel domestically and overseas
  • Computer literacy in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
