About the role

  • Lead service delivery efforts in the Dublin area
  • Support a cluster of accounts in and around Dublin

Requirements

  • Ideally a Bachelor’s degree in a Chemistry related field and/or a minimum of 6 years of Chromatography repair, PM and OQ execution experience
  • Certification in analytical instrumentation from a recognized vendor (e.g., Agilent, Waters)
  • GxP certification or extensive training with proven experience in working in GxP-compliant environments and adhering to GxP documentation practices
  • Proficiency in using common Chromatography software such as Empower, or similar platforms
  • A desire to support a few clients deeply, learning the nuances of their operations and serving as the face of our delivery organization to a select few clients
