About the role
- Lead service delivery efforts in the Dublin area
- Support a cluster of accounts in and around Dublin
- Help deliver consistently excellent customer service
- Provide support, driving improved business outcomes for clients
- Collaborate closely with customers to enhance lab efficiency
- Deliver best in class repair and maintenance support
Requirements
- Ideally a Bachelor’s degree in a Chemistry related field and/or a minimum of 6 years of Chromatography repair, PM and OQ execution experience
- Certification in analytical instrumentation from a recognized vendor (e.g., Agilent, Waters)
- GxP certification or extensive training with proven experience in working in GxP-compliant environments and adhering to GxP documentation practices
- Proficiency in using common Chromatography software such as Empower, or similar platforms
- A desire to support a few clients deeply, learning the nuances of their operations and serving as the face of our delivery organization to a select few clients
