About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and deliver systems for automated expense reconciliation for Perk clients
- Collaborate with finance and compliance teams to ensure seamless financial reconciliation
- Take ownership of feature development from inception to deployment
- Architect and design financial systems that are reliable and simple
- Mentor junior engineers and drive architectural decisions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Strong understanding of finance and experience in finance-related projects
- Proficient in full-stack development (backend and frontend)
- Experience with API integrations, ERP systems, and third-party platforms (e.g., Pleo, Ramp)
- Familiarity with AI tools and agentic coding practices
- Must be fluent in English and have legal authorisation to work in the country where this role is based.
