Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and deliver systems for automated expense reconciliation for Perk clients
  • Collaborate with finance and compliance teams to ensure seamless financial reconciliation
  • Take ownership of feature development from inception to deployment
  • Architect and design financial systems that are reliable and simple
  • Mentor junior engineers and drive architectural decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in software development
  • Strong understanding of finance and experience in finance-related projects
  • Proficient in full-stack development (backend and frontend)
  • Experience with API integrations, ERP systems, and third-party platforms (e.g., Pleo, Ramp)
  • Familiarity with AI tools and agentic coding practices
  • Must be fluent in English and have legal authorisation to work in the country where this role is based.
