About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop a global team of ~35 Event Specialists and Managers
- Own revenue targets, converting pipeline into booked events and hitting quarterly goals consistently
- Define and embed quality standards across the team
- Drive adoption of the Perk Events platform within your team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong people leader - this is the top priority. You've built and led large, global teams.
- Commercial and operational background - not a pure sales profile. You've owned a P&L or equivalent accountability.
- Tech or startup experience - you've worked in a tech company or fast-growing start-up.
- Travel or events industry knowledge - you understand the landscape: corporate travel, group bookings, the supplier ecosystem.
