About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and develop a global team of ~35 Event Specialists and Managers
  • Own revenue targets, converting pipeline into booked events and hitting quarterly goals consistently
  • Define and embed quality standards across the team
  • Drive adoption of the Perk Events platform within your team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong people leader - this is the top priority. You've built and led large, global teams.
  • Commercial and operational background - not a pure sales profile. You've owned a P&L or equivalent accountability.
  • Tech or startup experience - you've worked in a tech company or fast-growing start-up.
  • Travel or events industry knowledge - you understand the landscape: corporate travel, group bookings, the supplier ecosystem.
