Key responsibilities & impact

Be the leader of MICE Specialists and engage the members of your team:
Manage a team of 6-8 Senior MICE specialists
Conduct weekly 121s with the team to ensure continued success in target achievement
Setup monthly development objectives for the sales team - develop specific training sessions based on needs.
Coach & mentor a world-class Sales team: onboard and train new salespeople; have a strong focus on constant skill development of the MICE team.
Have an in-depth and detailed understanding of Perk products to provide mentorship for your MICE team confidently.
Act as the escalation point for your team
Identify and translate strategic insights into operational improvements
Oversee sales results reporting and deep-dive performance analysis, sharing key insights with leadership
Act as a champion for change in the team, supporting the wider MICE team through organizational and process transitions
Lead collaboration with Events Builders to ensure high-quality feedback from the front line to help shape automation tools

What you’ll need

Leadership experience with a proven track record.
Excellent understanding of Perk MICE value proposition.
A creative and solution-driven attitude.
Hands-on experience creating presentations (e.g. videos or slides).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and interpret performance metrics
Ability to design effective training programs
Great organisational and interpersonal skills
