About the role

  • Serve as a trusted, data-driven enablement partner to Sales and GTM leaders, using performance insights to inform recommendations and readiness priorities.
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure knowledge is effectively activated in the field, driving seller confidence and execution.
  • Consult revenue leadership on readiness gaps, enablement effectiveness, and progress against OKRs, providing clear recommendations and next steps.
  • Identify role-, segment-, and lifecycle-specific skill gaps and address them through targeted field readiness initiatives.
  • Foster strong alignment across Sales, Partnerships, Product, Marketing, and other GTM teams to ensure readiness efforts support business priorities and partner growth.
  • Own the end-to-end design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enablement and readiness programs, leveraging modern instructional design and adult learning best practices.
  • Lead enablement initiatives through change management, ensuring new programs, processes, and tools are adopted effectively by the field.
  • Define success metrics and track the impact of enablement programs, connecting learning outcomes to business and revenue performance.
  • Optimize enablement systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, LMS, CMS) to improve adoption, efficiency, and seller experience.
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities across initiatives, adjusting plans to maintain momentum in fast-changing environments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or GTM Enablement within a SaaS or high-growth technology organization.
  • Proven ability to operate as a trusted advisor to Sales and GTM leaders, influencing decisions through data, insight, and strong business judgment.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering end-to-end enablement and readiness programs tied to business objectives, OKRs, and revenue outcomes.
  • Strong strategic and consultative skills, with the ability to diagnose performance gaps and recommend scalable enablement solutions.
  • Deep understanding of sales motions, methodologies, and GTM processes, and how enablement drives seller effectiveness across segments and roles.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Operations, Product, Marketing, and other GTM teams to drive alignment and execution.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring enablement effectiveness and communicating impact through clear insights and metrics.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive-level presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Strong project and program management skills, including the ability to prioritize competing initiatives and operate effectively in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching peers and contributing to team capability beyond individual scope.
