About the role
- Respond quickly to inbound leads received via our website, chat, email, and marketing campaigns.
- Qualify inbound prospects and schedule consultations with our Account Directors.
- Identify and assess the needs of prospective customers, providing clear information about Perk’s value proposition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records and interactions in Salesforce.
- Develop expert knowledge of the Perk platform to answer prospect questions.
- Collaborate with marketing to improve lead flow and qualification processes.
- Engage in consultative conversations with Office Managers, CFOs, and Travel Managers to understand their challenges and present Perk’s solutions.
Requirements
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal; native XX language skills and high English proficiency are required.
- Ability to quickly build rapport and credibility with leads through excellent listening and consultative skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Resilient, proactive, and results-driven with sound judgement and integrity.
- Eager to learn and collaborate as part of a team.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others.
- Legal authorisation to work in Spain is required.
