About the role
- Lead a team of up to 12 Sales Development Representatives and manage their success via overachievement to quarterly targets.
- Conduct weekly 1 to 1s to ensure continued success in target achievement.
- Set monthly development objectives for the sales team.
- Manage employee performance.
- Coach & mentor a cross-functional team with a focus on constant skill development.
- Identify individual and team training needs.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new SDRs.
- Provide mentorship on Perk's products.
- Work in partnership with other SDR Managers and internal stakeholders to develop educational material.
- Develop specific training sessions based on collected video recordings.
- Design training courses using gamification, role-playing activities, and pitch-simulation.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within SaaS or tech-related industry, and a proven track record of success.
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role.
- Strong understanding of the sales development process, from lead generation to opportunity creation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Very creative and solution-driven attitude.
- Hands-on experience creating presentations (e.g. videos or slides).
- Ability to design effective training and onboarding programs.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics.
