About the role

  • Craft end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile that make managing cards effortless for employees, admins, and finance teams.
  • Turn data, customer feedback, and market research into design solutions tailored to the US market.
  • Partner with PMs and Engineers to define clear problem statements and design strategies that balance user needs with business goals.
  • Work hand-in-hand with developers, researchers, and other stakeholders (like Sales Engineering, Implementation, and Account Managers) to bring ideas to life.
  • Advocate for best-in-class usability and accessibility, ensuring every interaction feels intuitive and impactful.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product design experience at a fast-growing tech company. Experience with Expense Management, FinTech, or SaaS products in NAM is a strong plus.
  • You know what makes a great product experience and can design solutions that are both simple and scalable. You are able to set the bar and influence the craft for other designers around you.
  • Comfortable designing within (and contributing to) a design system, balancing consistency with innovation.
  • Skilled at working with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into simple, elegant designs.
  • Able to clearly communicate the 'why' behind your design decisions to inspire your team and align stakeholders.
  • You can take a project from concept to launch, breaking down complexity into deliverables that ship value quickly.
