About the role
- Build and maintain dashboards (Salesforce, Looker/BI tools) to track SDR productivity, conversion, and ramp performance.
- Deliver real-time reporting on SDR activity (SQLs, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, attainment, ramp progress).
- Provide ad-hoc analysis to SDR leadership on campaign performance, regional benchmarks, and tool utilization.
- Surface risks (e.g., underperformance, churn risk in SDR ranks) and recommend corrective actions.
- Track SDR output across OB motions (cold calls, meetings, SQL quality).
- Partner with TLs and Enablement to measure impact of coaching programs.
- Monitor funnel metrics to ensure SQL quality and downstream conversion.
- Provide data to support capacity planning and hiring forecasts (time-to-hire, attrition trends, salary competitiveness).
- Track ramp speed of new SDRs (time-to-first SQL, time-to-target).
- Monitor effectiveness of the new Nursery Program / SDR Academy and share insights with leadership.
- Partner with RevOps to optimize SDR tooling (Gong, SFDC, 6sense, Navattic, Cognism, LinkedIn automation).
- Run pilot analyses on new tools (e.g., auto-diallers) and report ROI.
- Support the creation of hunting dashboards to surface “low-hanging fruit” within portfolios.
Requirements
- Solid experience in Sales/Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or related roles with a focus on Demand Generation and SDR/BDR analysis.
- Strong Salesforce reporting skills; experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent). Familiarity with SDR tech stack (such as Gong, Outreach, Cognism, 6sense, Navattic).
- Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for quick analysis.
- Experience in a SaaS/tech company. Ideally, a company that has experienced fast-scaling of SDRs/BDRs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence SDR leaders and GTM executives.
- Detail-oriented with a bias toward action — able to provide real-time insights that drive execution.
- Exposure to outbound pipeline generation best practices would be a plus.
- Experience supporting global teams across multiple regions would be a plus.
