About the role

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients and maintain a trusted day-to-day relationship
  • Implement social media strategies defined with the strategy team and contribute to their optimization
  • Create and manage editorial calendars
  • Design engaging, platform-appropriate content (posts, reels-style videos, photos)
  • Handle community management
  • Execute social ads and prospecting campaigns
  • Manage publishing, monitoring, and performance analysis
  • Produce clear, recommendation-oriented reports
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to drive projects forward

Requirements

  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in social media (agency experience highly valued)
  • Strong command of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
  • Excellent writing skills and a strong sense of storytelling
  • Comfortable with social media management and scheduling tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a methodical approach
  • Good command of content creation tools: Adobe (Creative Cloud), Canva, CapCut, Figma
  • Organized, reliable, and autonomous
  • Comfortable with client-facing interactions and professional communication
  • Proactive and solution-oriented
  • Attentive to content quality and impact
  • Enjoys teamwork and collaboration
