About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead enterprise and functional efforts across performance management, succession planning, and career development
- Act as a senior advisor to leaders on organizational design, workforce alignment, and capability needs
- Drive effective change management and communication, ensuring clarity, consistency, and adoption
- Build strong relationships with leaders through coaching, influencing, and trusted partnership
- Provide data-informed insights to leaders, connecting workforce analytics with business decisions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of HR Business Partner experience, including senior advisory responsibilities
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced, complex organizations
- Strong expertise in performance management, succession planning, and talent review processes
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and partner effectively across functions
- Sound judgment, high discretion, and strong documentation skills in employee relations matters
