About the role
- Design of image ad creatives according to briefs and brand guidelines
- Creation of storyboards for motion design productions
- Implementation of variants (hooks, layout variations, visual swaps)
- Rapid iterations based on performance data
- Development of new visual concepts for campaigns
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience designing ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, or similar platforms
- Portfolio with concrete examples of paid social ad creatives (REQUIRED — applications without a portfolio will not be considered)
- Very proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of social performance, hook mechanics, and creative testing
- Fast, precise, and structured execution
- Strong sense for aesthetics AND performance-driven logic
- Bonus: experience in a D2C/e-commerce environment
- Languages: German at least C1, English at least B2
