• Work closely with the Creative Strategy and Performance teams
• Translate brand guidelines into high-converting ad creatives
• Produce variants based on testing data (hooks, layouts, messaging)
• Create motion briefs for video editors
• Deliver ad-ready exports: layouts, formats, text integration, and hook setups
• Actively contribute to our creative standards and design processes
