About the role
- Create image creatives for Meta Ads (Conversion, Awareness, D2C & brand campaigns)
- Work closely with the Creative Strategy and Performance teams
- Translate brand guidelines into high-converting ad creatives
- Produce variants based on testing data (hooks, layouts, messaging)
- Create motion briefs for video editors
- Deliver ad-ready exports: layouts, formats, text integration, and hook setups
- Actively contribute to our creative standards and design processes
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in graphic design for social ads (agency, content, or performance)
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of social performance, hook mechanics, and creative testing
- Ability to produce work quickly, accurately, and in a structured way
- Strong sense of aesthetics and performance-driven design logic
- Experience creating storyboards and shot lists for social ads
- Bonus: experience in the D2C space or designing for Meta Ads
- Languages: German at least C1, English at least B2
