Analyze clients' content management needs and recommend tailored Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions to improve workflow efficiency and information management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ECM solutions with existing systems and processes
Develop code (e.g., scripting, extensions) when required and integrate systems using APIs and third-party tools
Prepare and maintain documentation, including process maps, user guides, and technical specifications

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in Technical Consulting, Software Engineering, IT Consulting, or similar roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Strong interest in technology and a continuous learning mindset
