💰 $80,000 - $140,000 per year
About the role
- Work on-site three days a week and remotely two days a week
- Collaborate on aerospace software engineering projects
- Focus on developing software for avionics systems
- Participate in team-oriented development processes
Requirements
- Significant FMS/Avionics software experience
- Strong object-oriented language (C++ and/or ADA) proficiency
- Software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.)
- Bachelors or advanced degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent development experience
- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership abilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of DO-178 Development Standards
