• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary strategic contact for assigned clients.
• Strategic Program Oversight: Set and track SMART goals (2–4 per client) with a goal of 75% success rate.
• Recommend optimizations and promotional strategies aligned with client KPIs.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking: Deliver weekly performance reports tailored to client needs.
• Compliance & Tracking Management: Coordinate reversals and order inquiries with Compliance and clients.
• Ensure all tracking platforms are functional and properly integrated.
• Educate clients on tracking/reporting protocols.
• Project & Team Coordination: Assign and track tasks for Partner Coordinators via Asana.
• Contract & Revenue Management: Understand and manage client contracts, billing terms, and renewals. Proactively lead renewal negotiations with focus on pricing and client satisfaction.
