About the role
- The Global Head of Product Management will be responsible for the overall vision, strategy, and execution of our product portfolio.
- This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and technological trends.
- The Head of PM will lead a team of product managers and collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive product innovation, market penetration, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in a software development company.
- Proven track record of successfully leading product strategy and development for complex software businesses and products.
- Significant M&A and integration exposure with experience successfully executing an integration strategy
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of software development processes, technologies, and market trends.
- Experience with agile methodologies and user-centered design principles.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
